Contact Tracing information is stored and encrypted on our database servers and can only be decrypted on request of governing bodies through the location(s) those governing bodies have requested contact tracing information from.
ClickTrace maintains a log of all businesses requesting their contact tracing data on behalf of governing bodies, as well as contact details of governing body representative.
All contact tracing data is transferred over SSL and stored securely on our servers.
All contact tracing data will be deleted from our database servers when government legislation no longer requires that these processes stay in place.
For registered ClickTrace Businesses, we may from time to time send you communications pertaining solely to ClickTrace & ClickTrack Ship services and solutions.
As a visitor/customer/person visiting a private place of business that requires contact tracing information, when you enter your information with ClickTrace, we store two encrypted data keys on your phone as browser persistent cookies. These cookies contain encrypted data keys, which enable one touch scanning on any subsequent visits to this ClickTrace accessable business, or any other ClickTrace accessible businesses in the future.
Should you delete those cookies, you will be required to re-enter those details, the next time you visit a ClickTrace accessible business.
These changes will only be updated visibly online, and may change without notice in order to meet our legal obligations.
